Charming rooms and exceptional staff made my stay delightful! The location was prime, a quick walk from both the train station and the city center. I appreciated the secure entry and helpful reception, especially when I needed to store my luggage. A great find for anyone visiting!

The location places you right in the heart of the action, making it easy to hit the main attractions and great eateries on foot. The room felt tidy and spacious enough to relax after a day out.

The shower is a design nightmare—way too small, with a rain shower that protrudes from the wall, making it impossible to avoid bumping into the temperature lever. Also, the mattress was a letdown with a noticeable depression that left my back aching. On top of that, we discovered bugs in the bathroom, and the view from the window wasn't any better—just a dark void filled with trash.

Florence is a foodie paradise, and I stumbled upon incredible vegetarian dishes at nearby gems like Ristorante Alla Griglia and Ristorante Giglio Rosso, just a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day of culinary exploration. Plus, the location was fantastic, keeping the crowds at bay while still being close to the action.

However, the hotel had a few quirks. There were no reception services after 9 PM, so getting back in took some extra effort. Our two windows faced a cramped dumping area and propping them open felt a bit sketchy. The noise from the generator made it hard to get quality sleep, leading me to rely on air conditioning all night, which left me with a sore throat.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and laundry services. The staff helped me find parking on my first stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free weekend retreat.
