Hotel Spagna - Florence

A bold move that proved rewarding!

Charming rooms and really good staff. The location was prime, a quick walk from both the train station and the city center. I appreciated the secure entry and helpful reception, especially when I needed to store my luggage. A great find for anyone visiting!

large beds, central heating, television and a mini-fridge-bar in the room.

The shower is a design nightmare-way too small, with a rain shower that protrudes from the wall. The mattress was a letdown with a noticeable depression that left my back aching. On top of that, we discovered bugs in the bathroom, and the view from the window wasn't any better-just a dark void filled with trash.

Spacious room, nice renovation. comfortable beds, refrigerator, large flat-screen TV.

The staff were really kind all of the time. Location: the hotel was next to the main train station, Santa Maria Novella and in the city center and all the city's tourist spots. The place was minute walk from Sabatini Firenze, where you can have dinner.

Florence is a foodie paradise, and I stumbled upon very nice vegetarian dishes at nearby gems like Ristorante Alla Griglia and Ristorante Giglio Rosso, just a short walk away. The room was spacious and comfortable. Plus, the location was fantastic, keeping the crowds at bay while still being close to the action.

The hotel had a few quirks. There were no reception services after 9 PM, so getting back in took some extra effort. Our two windows faced a cramped dumping area and propping them open felt a bit sketchy. The noise from the generator made it hard to get quality sleep, leading me to rely on air conditioning all night, which left me with a sore throat.

The hotel was in a good and excellent position adjacent to the most important monuments, and Firenze SMN train station. The staff was excellent and amiable, helped with every request. We booked the single room that was warm;)))

Hotel's location was marvellous and fantastic as it was walk from the train station. The check in was early, the staff was nice and very kind...

Amazing place with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and laundry services. The staff helped me find parking on my first stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free weekend retreat.

The location offered a perfect balance between accessibility to attractions and avoidance of excessive crowds, with a comfortable room despite its peculiar design. The staff displayed amazing friendliness and responsiveness, even promptly addressing an issue I had with the lock mechanism on my room door.

I loved the cozy, spacious room, and the super comfy bed made it easy to relax after a long day! The hotel had a nice lounge area and a cute little terrace for unwinding. Just a heads up, the shower was a tad cramped, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 😊
